Acquirable is a research tool that provides exit intelligence for founders. We surface companies with strategic reasons to acquire your business and identify real people in our network who may be able to make introductions. The Service is for research and informational purposes only.
While we ground our results in real data from funded companies and investors, all output is generated by an AI research agent and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any report generated by the Service. You should independently verify any information before acting on it.
Use of the Service does not guarantee any acquisition outcome, introduction, or business result. We are a research tool, not a broker or advisor. We do not contact acquirers or investors on your behalf.
Every intro person shown in a paid report is drawn from our proprietary database of funded companies and investor contacts. We do not fabricate contacts. However, contact information may be outdated and we cannot guarantee reachability. It is your responsibility to use contact information respectfully and lawfully.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. By purchasing a report tier, you acknowledge the V1 limitation that the paid report page is accessible via the success URL and is not secured by webhook verification.
You may not use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to any contact revealed through the Service. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape report data. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
All content, data, and software comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to Acquirable. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquirable and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on report data or intro contacts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
